**Job Title: Outbound Picker**

**Job Description**

Join our dynamic team as an Outbound Picker, where you'll contribute to the seamless operation of our home workout and gym equipment distribution. This role involves handling stock from incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory placement using an RF Scanner, and preparing items for shipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Put away stock arriving from deliveries using an RF Scanner for accurate inventory placement.

+ Assist in picking items for shipment and preparing them for packaging.

+ Maintain organized and efficient workflow to support the overall operation.

**Essential Skills**

+ General labor experience.

+ Proficiency with forklift operation, preferably stand-up but sit-down experience is acceptable.

+ Experience using a cherry picker.

+ Comfortable working at heights.

+ Minimum of 8 months of job tenure in recent roles.

**Work Environment**

Work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks. Be prepared to work overtime as required, including potential weekends. The work environment is casual and laid-back, with a focus on employee well-being and satisfaction.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
