**Job Title: Concrete Carpenter**
**Job Description**
As a Concrete Carpenter, you will be responsible for conducting general labor work and finishing tasks related to concrete construction. Your duties will include pouring concrete, setting up forms, and finishing. The role involves site preparation, rebar placement, and minimal form setting and pouring. You will utilize tools such as a bull float and power concrete screed to achieve high-quality finishes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct general labor tasks related to concrete construction.
+ Perform all duties tied to pouring concrete, setting forms, and finishing.
+ Prepare sites for construction, including rebar placement and form setting.
+ Utilize bull float and power concrete screed for finishing concrete surfaces.
+ Engage in concrete flatwork, including slabs, curbs, gutters, and walls.
+ Handle both hand and power tools efficiently and safely.
+ Travel daily to job sites, primarily located in the Cave Creek/Scottsdale area.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years experience in concrete form setting.
+ 5+ years experience in concrete carpentry.
+ 5+ years experience in concrete construction.
+ 5+ years experience in concrete finishing.
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to perform heavy lifting and use a tape measure accurately.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in residential concrete construction is preferred.
+ Commercial concrete experience is valuable but requires solid tenure.
+ Comfortable with daily travel to job sites.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
