**What You’ll Do**

In your first month, you’ll:

+ Rework fine-pitch SMD 0402 components

+ Clean and organize the lab

+ Wire up electrical panels

We also want someone who will:

+ Test and debug analog/digital circuit boards

+ Execute and improve test procedures

+ Record results and generate detailed documentation

+ Collaborate with engineers across disciplines

**Your Day-to-Day**

+ Build and wire panels, test fixtures, and cable assemblies

+ Perform electrical testing and validation of prototypes

+ Operate high-voltage (>1kV) and high-power (>10kW) equipment

+ Use microprocessor and FPGA programmers to test and validate embedded systems.

+ Debug analog and digital hardware using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.

+ Utilize engineering software for programming, testing, and debugging hardware and firmware components.

+ Generate detailed test documentation and reports, highlighting findings and potential issues.

+ Maintain and manage a high-voltage lab environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

+ Collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, and firmware engineers to ensure successful product development and release.

+ Support continuous improvement of test methodologies, tools, and processes.

**What You Bring**

+ Hands-on experience with electromechanical assembly

+ Skilled in SMD/SMT rework (0402, BGA)

+ Comfortable with high-voltage equipment (up to 2kV)

+ Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

+ Familiarity with micrometers, schematics, and engineering software
