**Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler**

**Job Description**

The Electromechanical Assembler is responsible for the assembly, inspection, testing, repair, and refurbishment of robotic parts and machines. This role involves working with a team to ensure quality and efficiency in the production process and may include a one-week assignment to assist with inventory pre-counts in preparation for year-end physical audits.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble, test, inspect, and repair robotic electro-mechanical assemblies according to work instructions, drawings, schematics, and checklists.

+ Perform warehouse and inventory duties related to pre-count inventory.

+ Prioritize safety, quality, and teamwork, promptly reporting any issues.

+ Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.

+ Accurately record manufacturing data using MES software.

+ Provide process improvement recommendations.

+ Assist in training others.

+ Support other departments with in-process inspections and material handling as needed.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in assembly, blueprint reading, mechanical, and production techniques.

+ Skilled in soldering, schematic interpretation, and use of hand tools.

+ Experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, electronic assembly, and wiring.

+ Ability to use power tools and perform general labor tasks.

+ Familiarity with micrometer usage and machine building.

+ Experience in blueprint reading and electrical assembly.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in maintaining organized and safe work environments.

+ Capability to accurately record data in manufacturing software.

+ Ability to provide process improvement suggestions and assist in training.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
