About the Role

We’re searching for a Graphic Designer who’s as passionate about AI-driven design tools as they are about design thinking, memes, and motion graphics. If you thrive at the intersection of design innovation and AI experimentation – and your portfolio speaks volumes – we want to hear from you.

This role is for a digital-native creative who excels at bold visual storytelling, lives for performance-driven design, and gets a thrill from transforming concepts into click-worthy campaigns. You’ll create work that not only looks incredible but also drives results, whether it’s a 6-second ad or a high-converting email.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Design high-impact digital assets such as landing pages, display ads, social graphics, emails, and motion pieces that capture audience attention and drive engagement.

Leverage AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Canva) to enhance your creativity, not replace it.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, digital marketers, and media strategists.

Embrace creative risks, pitch unconventional ideas, rapidly prototype, and iterate to produce outstanding digital content.

Push the boundaries of visual storytelling through performance design that is both intelligent and stunning.

Beyond design, you’ll articulate the story behind your work, presenting ideas clearly to both clients and teammates.

Your Superpowers

3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital or graphic design, whether from an agency, in-house team, freelance work, or other relevant experience.

An exceptional eye for detail and an intuitive understanding of design principles.

Comfort working across various formats, from static ads and short-form motion to interactive experiences.

A mindset that redefines creative work through the integration of AI.

An understanding of the importance of performance design.

Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools, along with the curiosity to learn new technologies as they emerge.

Excellent time management, client communication, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Bonus Round

Motion design skills are a significant plus.

Experience designing for sports brands or event-related projects is highly valued.

A keen awareness of aesthetic trends and the ability to adapt them into your unique style.
