Machine Maintenance

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Maintenance to join their team. As a Machine Maintenance, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Maintenance

Location: Charlevoix, MI

Pay Range: $ 23. per hour

What's the Job?

Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.

Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes.

What's Needed?

Repair and maintain as noted above by abiding all OSHA regulations, company safety policies and procedures and by using common sense when working around or involved in a potentially unsafe condition. To report such conditions as soon as such condition is known to supervisors and/or the safety director

Utilize your knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to properly troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues

Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment
