The Utica Comets, Utica City FC and the Adirondack Bank Center are seeking a high energy, hardworking individual to join our staff as the Ticket Operations Manager. This position is responsible for providing leadership to facilitate and support sales and service initiatives for all events at the Adirondack Bank Center.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and executing all ticketing operations for Utica Comets, Utica City FC, Utica Pioneers games and all other events at the Adirondack Bank Center, including but is not limited to: building the event in the system, maintaining the event, and managing seating manifests
Responsible for maintaining all ticketing inventory
Manage all aspects of Box Office Management on game days for all events at the Adirondack Bank Center
Manage various systems to ensure the maintenance all accounts with regards to accounts’ financial details, seat relocations, seat/ticket upgrade requests, and the editing of account information based upon approved policies and procedures
Assist with the daily financial reporting to the Finance department, including delivery of account payments
Ensure online functionalities for all sales links and online account management for ticket holders
Monitor and verify all game day systems
Oversee payment processing for all ticket purchases
Provide clients ticket utilization data and other insights to Corporate Sales and Ticket Sales teams when needed
Provide reports on as needed basis regarding performance against sales targets. This could include daily, weekly, monthly
Stay informed on industry best practices
Work with Vice President and Ticket Sales Manager to develop and implement streamlined strategies for Season Ticket member renewals and dynamic pricing
Other duties as assigned
Required Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or another related field preferred.
1+ year(s) of experience with the Paciolan Ticketing Software or other similar systems.
Extremely organized and detail- oriented, resourceful, quick learner, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to work independently, as well as train, manage, and motivate others.
Position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as being able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Strong knowledge of email, web and database technologies
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong sense of organization
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality and show professionalism and discretion with sensitive materials and data

The hourly rate for this position is between $17-25 per hour based on experience
