Job Title: Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing Services (New Client Acquisition Focus)
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Remote)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our US IT staffing division.
This is a hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients.
You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence within the US.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic individual contributor with a proven track record of success in IT staffing sales, specifically in onboarding new business.
This is not an account management role.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: This is your primary focus. Identify and engage decision-makers at target organizations to generate new business opportunities. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our value proposition.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries, client segments, and competitive landscape.
Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment of staffing needs.
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of proven success in IT staffing sales with a demonstrated focus on new client acquisition.
Deep understanding of the US IT market and staffing ecosystem.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and establish credibility with senior-level decision-makers.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to exceed targets.
Proven ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling IT staffing services.
Existing network of contacts within target industries.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and ATS.
Familiarity with various job boards and online networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
