Technical Recruiter
Type: Contract
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Required Experience/Skills:
· Atleast 1 to 3 years proven experience in end-to-end recruiting
· Experience with US Staffing
· Strong experience in recruiting for Engineering positions
· Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and remotely
· Knowledge of recruitment best practices
· Experience with applicant tracking systems
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
· Additionally, the Recruiter will maintain a pool of qualified candidates, build relationships with potential candidates
· Stay updated with industry trends.
