Overview of the role:
The IT Recruiter position focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology professionals. This role combines candidate assessment with relationship building to identify and engage qualified talent while maintaining detailed records and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing candidates' online information to assess their general fit.
- Contacting candidates through multiple channels including phone calls, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to validate interest and encourage participation.
- Interviewing candidates to evaluate qualifications by assessing their profile, experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and maintaining updated system records.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting processes.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to work.
- Industry Expertise: Mandatory IT recruiting experience.
- Location: Must be based in India.
- Language Skills: Advanced level of English.
