Works as a para-professional trained to provide personal care and other health care needs of the patient under the direction of the Registered Nurse,\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n\tPreferred High School Diploma Completion of High School or GED program required.\n\n\n\n\tLess than 2 years Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant course required.

Previous experience as a CNA/Home Health Aide, preferably in a Medicare Certified Program, preferred.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have communicate (both orally and written) effectively to patients and families.
