Senior Software Engineer

Job Title: Sr. Full-Stack Developer (ReactJS/NextJS)

Time Zone: Aligned with US (MST/PST) time zones

Salary: 12 - 18 LPA

What You’ll Do As a Sr. Full-Stack Developer, you’ll take ownership of frontend features from conception to deployment. You’ll guide architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high code quality and performance across the stack.

You will:

● Lead the design and development of high-performance ReactJS/NextJS web applications

● Architect scalable, component-based UI systems with Tailwind CSS and TypeScript

● Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, designers, and product managers

● Integrate data from diverse sources including MongoDB, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs

● Evaluate and implement frontend best practices and performance optimizations

● Contribute to light WordPress content updates and minor edits as needed

● Identify and automate repetitive workflows with tooling and scripts

● Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

What We’re Looking For

● 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development

● Strong expertise in ReactJS, with in-depth knowledge of hooks, state management, and performance profiling

● Solid hands-on experience with NextJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS

● Experience integrating and handling data from APIs (REST & SOAP)

● Familiarity with MongoDB and server-side rendering concepts

● Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate in agile environments

● Bonus: Experience with unit testing (Jest) and automation tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, custom scripts)
