About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer to join our team and collaborate closely with TBL to build and deploy intelligent AI agents designed to accelerate business growth. This role involves working on the cutting edge of AI technology, including LLMs (e.g. GPT-4), autonomous agents, and prompt engineering frameworks to streamline processes, drive automation, and uncover new opportunities for scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using state-of-the-art LLMs and agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).

Collaborate with TBL to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions that impact client acquisition, service delivery, and operational efficiency.

Fine-tune and prompt large language models to achieve high performance on specific tasks (e.g. outbound messaging, lead qualification, research).

Integrate AI agents with internal and external data sources, APIs, and CRMs to enable contextual reasoning and real-time decision-making.

Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of deployed agents to ensure continuous learning and optimisation.

Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, business developers, and recruiters to rapidly prototype and iterate on tools.

Stay ahead of trends in AI, agentic workflows, and automation to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge and competitive.

Skills and Experience

Must-Have:

Strong proficiency in Python and libraries/frameworks related to AI (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).

Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and familiarity with prompt engineering.

Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.

Proven ability to build and deploy scalable backend systems, APIs, and AI services.

Understanding of business processes and ability to translate growth goals into technical implementations.

Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with tools like Pinecone, Weaviate, or other vector databases.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).

Past experience building bots, assistants, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

Background in startups, recruitment, legal tech, or professional services is a plus.
