Senior Data Architect

The Senior Data Architect leads the strategic direction of the data warehousing function.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a modern data warehouse architecture.

Utilizes medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) and cloud-based technologies.

Oversees end-to-end data pipeline from ingestion to transformation and reporting.

Ensures robust data modeling practices using DBT and BigQuery SQL.

Enforces data quality, governance policies, and automated validation frameworks.

Partners with multiple teams to standardize data definitions and ensure consistency.

Focuses on revenue attribution and paid marketing performance reconciliation.

Implements monitoring systems (e.g., Slack/email alerts) for pipeline health.

Leads and mentors a high-performing data warehousing team.

Drives cross-functional collaboration with SEM, Finance, Product, and Analytics.

Translates technical concepts into business insights for stakeholders.

Manages deployment, staging, and QA processes with minimal disruption.

Continuously optimizes pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability.

Leads the migration from on-premise systems to cloud infrastructure.

Keeps up with emerging trends in data and analytics technologies.

Initiates pilot projects focused on predictive and prescriptive analytics.

Represents the data warehousing function in executive-level planning.

Requires Overall 14+ years of Industry experience with minimum 8+ years of data engineering/DWH/Data Analytics experience and strong leadership history.

Proficiency in GCP, DBT, Databricks, attribution models, and BI tools is essential.
