Our mission is to design research-driven, future-forward educational resources that enrich teaching and foster 21st-century competencies among learners.

Role Overview:

As a Curriculum Developer, you will be at the core of NatureNurture’s pedagogical innovation—designing, curating, and refining learning resources for students and training modules for educators. You’ll lead the development of multi-disciplinary content across CBSE, ICSE, IB, and Cambridge curricula, embedding themes like sustainability, financial literacy, social-emotional learning, and gender sensitivity into core subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Design & Development

Create robust curriculum frameworks, unit planners, learning outcomes, and scaffolded lesson plans across subjects and grade levels.

Design engaging and age-appropriate content including textbooks, teacher manuals, student workbooks, and digital resources.

Incorporate multimedia, experiential learning, storytelling, and game-based learning strategies.

Conduct benchmarking with national and international standards, aligning content to NEP 2020, CBL, SDG goals, and 21st-century skills.

2. Research & Innovation

Analyze global trends and conduct primary/secondary research to introduce progressive pedagogies into the curriculum.

Design pilot modules to test pedagogical models such as flipped classrooms, inquiry-based learning, and interdisciplinary projects.

Collaborate with academic researchers, consultants, and partner schools to validate content effectiveness.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with graphic designers, subject matter experts, editors, and technology teams to deliver integrated curriculum packages.

Liaise with product managers and implementation teams to ensure curriculum feasibility and school-readiness.

Collaborate with training teams to translate academic content into teacher training materials.

4. Monitoring & Quality Assurance

Review and revise content based on feedback from educators and implementation teams.

Conduct internal peer reviews, walkthroughs, and usability audits for accuracy, diversity, and instructional efficacy.

Ensure adherence to timelines, milestones, and documentation standards.

5. Assessment & Evaluation

Design competency-based assessments, rubrics, diagnostic tools, and feedback mechanisms.

Analyze classroom performance data to iterate on curriculum effectiveness.

Contribute to the development of holistic report cards and formative assessment systems.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, Instructional Design, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of full-time experience in K–12 content development or classroom teaching.

Excellent understanding of curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment for CBSE, ICSE, IB, or Cambridge boards.

Strong command of English and at least one Indian language (preferred).

Familiarity with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and education technology.

Detail-oriented, creative thinker with exceptional writing and documentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.

A collaborative, high-impact workplace with opportunities for innovation.

Access to continuous professional development in pedagogy, design, and leadership.

A chance to influence the learning journeys of thousands of students and educators.
