Parts/Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a Parts/Warehouse Driver to provide excellent customer service through efficient parts check-in, ticket pulls, stocking, and delivery of products using a company vehicle. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, team players who enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Safely and expertly process incoming shipments

Select and stage parts for customer orders

Identify any missing or damaged parts and notify the supervisor

Process returns in a timely and proficient manner

Keep the warehouse and parts storage areas neat and organized

Communicate with parts personnel on customer order status

Qualifications

1-2 years of prior driving experience

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

Valid driver’s license and a clean abstract required

Excellent written and oral communication skills and eager to improve

Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
