Description Seeking a dedicated & passionate Neonatal APP to work in a supportive fast-paced environment at our academic health care & community setting.
We offer a variety of flexible shift options up to 24 hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The provider will assess, implement, and evaluate appropriate plans of care for patients in accordance with the scope of practice of a Neonatal provider and current standard of care.
The Neonatal APP will manage a caseload of medically complex neonates in the acute phase and transition to home and participate in high-risk deliveries.
The APP must demonstrate age-appropriate care to neonates from birth to two years old.
The neonatal APP will be expected to initiate and participate in education, research, and professional activities that contribute to improving patient care, Neonatal APP program operation, or the Neonatal APPs own professional development.
This position will be a split/shared position within our level III-IV NICU and Stepdown unit at UH Cleveland Medical Center RB&C and community coverage in the level I-II nursery at Tripoint, Southwest General, & Ahuja Medical Centers.
\n\n A Brief Overview\n The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction.

Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.\nQualifications Education\n\n(MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing with advanced practice certification specific to the neonatal population (Required)\nMaster's Degree from an accredited PA educational program (Required)\n\n Work Experience\n\n1+ years as an Advanced Practice Provider (Preferred)\n\n Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities\n\nDemonstrated leadership skills.
