WMS Implementation Design Lead - Atlanta, GA

We are seeking talented and experienced technical personnel to join our Software Division! This role would be available at our Atlanta, GA office.

We are currently hiring for the role of WMS Implementation Design Lead. This role, critical to the successful implementation of our WMS software at our customers' sites, serves as a post-sales technical resource and point of contact for customers through the implementation, training, and deployment processes, and beyond.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Analyze and understand the supply chain needs of the customer as it relates to picking, kitting, shipping, inventory, cross-docking, and warehousing in general

Apply knowledge of hardware and software co-design systems to determine what needs to be added or manipulated for customers who have an existing ERP system

Communicate the customization and configuration of the software to internal WMS Developers based on the supply chain needs of the project.

Validate the WMS system with the client

Serve as a point of contact for clients in order to modify the solution when necessary or to provide further training.

Travel in furtherance of responsibilities to various customer sites across the USA.

The qualified candidate possesses at least the following:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience

5 years of experience in consultative sales and/or logistics software consulting (WMS-SGA)

Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management

Knowledge of SQL is preferred

Knowledge of .Net platform, especially C# or any other object-related languages is preferred

Ability to travel 50% of the time, working in our Atlanta, GA office the remainder of the time

Fluency in Spanish is valued
