Project Coordinator – Digital & Audio Production
MIK Studio is a creative studio bringing brands to life through storytelling and emerging technology. We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented, LA-based Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in project coordination at a creative or digital agency—ideally in a client-facing or client services role. You’re a process-driven self-starter with razor-sharp organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for great creative work.
We require this role to be based in LA as in-person meetings with clients or colleagues may be required from time to time. We would also like to have a working space, suitable for hybrid working, in LA in the future.
Key Qualifications:
2+ years of project coordinator/management experience in a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
Proven ability to manage digital and audio production projects from inception to delivery.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, audio production workflows, and advertising trends.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, translating feedback into actionable creative work.
Comfortable collaborating with teams across time zones and geographies.
About the Role:
As our Project Coordinator, North America, you’ll be the glue between clients and creatives—managing key relationships, guiding production processes, and ensuring flawless delivery of digital and audio assets. Reporting to our Country Manager and working closely with our global team, you’ll oversee projects for leading entertainment and media clients across the US and Canada.
You’ll thrive in this role if you're organized, proactive, and energized by fast-moving creative environments. You’ll need a sharp eye for detail, confidence in managing client communications, and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for North American clients across digital and audio production.
Leading communications and project management across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Translating client briefs into clear project scopes and creative deliverables.
Managing work-back schedules, timelines, and production milestones.
Collaborating with designers, writers, audio engineers, and developers to deliver high-quality work.
Attending and guiding live audio recording sessions to ensure creative intent aligns with client expectations.
Working closely with global teams in Europe, LATAM, Australia, and beyond to support seamless project delivery.
Scoping, quoting, and overseeing the financial viability of your projects.
Maintaining accurate project documentation and updates in project management tools.
Upholding and contributing to MIK Studio’s collaborative, high-performance culture.
What You’ll Bring:
A strong understanding of the end-to-end production process for both digital and audio content.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills—thriving under pressure and deadlines.
A solution-oriented mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and finding creative ways forward.
An ability to manage both the big picture and the smallest detail with equal care.
