Scrum Master

**NEED TO BE SAFe CERTIFIED**

Position: SAFe Scrum Master

Location: REMOTE (preferably near ATL or Boca, or EST)

Qualifications:

5+ years of IT software development SAFe Agile and Kanban methodology experience

Experience managing multiple squads

Technical knowledge – Software Development Lifecycle

Jira and confluence

SSM cert

Pluses:

Project governance certification (Scaled Agile, PMP, Kanban, Scrum, etc.) preferred

Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience required

Day to Day:

The Project Manager provides SAFe scrum master support to the Engineering Program Management (EPM) team and is responsible for significant, cross functional technical projects with large budgets and resources. This position is focused on being a servant leader and team coach for Agile teams, facilitate team events, enforce processes, and support teams and the Agile Release Train to deliver value. This position educates the squads to understand SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. Removing impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, productive relationships, continuous flow, and relentless improvement are key requirements in making timely choices. Majority of effort is spent on managing the implementation of complex software application development projects using Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid methodologies.
