Must Haves:
6+ years in an Agile SDLC Project Management role
Experience managing some scrum functions such as backlog management/grooming, sprit planning, and retrospectives
Technical understanding of the application development lifecycle – preferable previous background in a development role
Strong communication skills with the ability to foster team collaboration
Inquisitive and adaptable to everchanging environments
Highly organized
Previous experience with Jira for story assignment
Previous experience with documentation tools

Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system

Summary:
A leading home improvement retailer is looking to add an Agile SDLC Project Manager to their team supporting the application responsible for trade credits for their commercial clients. This application is only 1.5 years old and the application teams are spending 50% of their time on greenfield development and 50% on upgrades and enhancements. This role will play a hybrid role between scrum master and product delivery with the support team. The team includes 11 developers and 4 production support staff.
Product Deliver: Will work with the level 0 support team to look at incoming tickets, assign them to a team member, assign priority and criticality of tickets, foster collaboration on resolution, and ensure the team is sticking to the SLAs
Project Management/Scrum
Backlog grooming and management
Facilitating daily stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
There will be no budget management responsibilities
Compensation:
$_50 /hr to $__65 /hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
