Position Overview
The Contracts Analyst I will serve as the internal business partner and primary point of contact for the field sales team, customer support, commercial contracting, sales support, and install teams. This role focuses on the data aspect of contracts — not legal negotiation — including activating pricing in systems and analyzing data associated with contract execution.
This position is pivotal in ensuring that the contract-to-order journey is executed efficiently and accurately while delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Responsibilities
Act as the liaison for Diagnostic sales teams for Salesforce agreement and Oracle pricing issues
Manage contract activations, executions, and price administration in Salesforce and Oracle
Review customer-signed documents and quotes to ensure data integrity
Collaborate with Commercial Contracts to understand contract implications
Provide timely support for pricing inquiries and escalated sales issues
Maintain documentation on contract obligations, terms, and renewals
Generate ad hoc reports for internal customers, National Account Directors, and sales
Partner with cross-functional groups including Customer Support, Install Project team, Internal Audit, and Finance
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policy
Support process improvement initiatives
Participate in product training and launches
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
4+ years in sales support, contracts support, or legal admin role
Salesforce experience required
Oracle R12 experience preferred
Healthcare or diagnostic contract experience strongly preferred
Skills:
Strong verbal, written, and presentational communication
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Standard
Adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments
Self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision
Contract interpretation knowledge preferred
