Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.
We are looking for Engineers who can
Develop robust applications in Java using Object-Oriented Design Principles
Build and maintain Spring Boot RESTful services
Handle real-time data using the Java Streams API
Implement Java Thread Executor Pools and thread-safe queues
Use Java Lambdas in Collections and concurrency-heavy scenarios
Design and manage distributed systems with Spring Cloud
Implement Circuit Breakers and failover patterns
Integrate and optimize databases with Hibernate or Spring Data
Improve performance of business logic and SQL queries by 50%+
Design and scale Kafka-based event-driven systems
Configure Kafka for 10M+ messages/hour with 2KB payloads
Deploy Kafka in Multi-AZ clusters on AWS
Build high-availability architectures across Multi-AZ and Multi-Region
Create low-latency algorithms to reduce end-to-end response time
Customize Terraform scripts to deploy Kubernetes clusters with EKS
Debug applications on Linux EC2 instances in cloud environments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of hands-on Java development experience
Experience with:REST APIs & Microservices, Kafka/Event-Driven Systems, Hibernate, Spring Data, and SQL optimization, AWS & Terraform & Linux/Unix
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, independent environment
