Commission-based pay ranges from 30% to 40%.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in San Jose, CA. The technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems. Daily tasks will include responding to service calls, diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The technician will also work with EPA standards and ensure all work meets regulatory compliance.

Strong Troubleshooting skills

Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems

Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

Knowledge and compliance with EPA standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Bachelor's degree or certification in HVAC or a related field is a plus

Prior experience in a similar role preferred
