SAP QM Solution Architect

Datasoft is looking for a Senior SAP QM Solution Architect, where you’ll play a critical role in designing and delivering IT-enabled business solutions for Quality Management (QM) systems.

This is a hands-on, solution-focused role that requires deep functional and technical SAP QM knowledge, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for driving quality excellence in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global D&T teams to define and deliver QM solutions aligned with business needs

• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and optimal technical designs

• Deliver enhancements, configurations, and support within SAP QM, ensuring compliance with SOX and FDA GMP

• Act as a core member of Agile sprint teams, delivering functionality across ERP environments

• Support manufacturing/shop floor interfaces (MES) and maintain system lifecycle documentation (SOPs, SOIs, Job Aids)

• Participate in change control and contribute to continuous improvement and Lean Sigma initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

• 5–8 years of SAP experience with multiple full-cycle implementations, especially in QM

• Strong technical understanding of SAP QM functionality and architecture

• Hands-on experience with Shop Floor/MES Integration — must-have

• Proficiency in HANA and knowledge of latest ERP releases preferred

• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English

• Willingness to travel globally as needed
