Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Solution Architect to lead the architecture and development lifecycle of software solutions within the Connected Technology Privacy domain. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions, while guiding development teams and ensuring technical excellence.
Responsibilities
Design full-stack solutions using best practices such as microservices and event-driven architectures.
Collaborate with architects, delivery leads, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
Advocate for non-functional requirements such as scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Promote reusable patterns, libraries, and efficient development methodologies.
Support operational teams through root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation to ensure system integrity and effective knowledge sharing.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven record of delivering impactful solutions.
3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, ideally in a cloud-native environment (AWS preferred).
Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
Deep understanding of microservices architecture, cloud computing, and system design best practices.
Proficient in security and compliance practices, including InfoSec and DevSecOps principles within cloud platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR) and how they impact software design.
Experience mentoring teams on system architecture and software quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automotive or mobility technology domain.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.
