Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal with at least 1 year of relevant legal experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and enthusiastic about assisting clients through complex immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file immigration forms, applications, affidavits, and supporting documents

Manage client communications in English and Spanish

Maintain client files and track deadlines

Support attorneys in preparing for client meetings, hearings, and filings

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of legal experience (experience in immigration law strongly preferred)

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace

Professional, personable demeanor with a passion for client advocacy

High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
