w:We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to support our Software and Technical Support training initiatives. This role is key to improving performance and enhancing the skills of our support team through the design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful learning program

rs.Collaborate with internal teams, SMEs, and support leadership to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutio

ns.Create and maintain instructional materials, including facilitator and participant guides, eLearning courses, performance support tools, and assessmen

ts.Support the end-to-end instructional design process, including needs analysis, content development, delivery, and measureme

nt.Facilitate training sessions, ensuring content is delivered effectively and adapted to varying learner nee

ds.Develop content with a focus on technical troubleshooting, system navigation, and customer support workflo

ws.Use training evaluation methods to assess learning outcomes and drive continuous improveme

nt.Contribute to the ongoing learning strategy for the department and identify innovative solutions to improve performan

Required Qualificati

ons:2-5+ years of instructional design experi

enceExperience designing training for software or technical support environme

nts.Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practi

ces.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlo

ok).Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, or related fi

eld.
