Senior Manager of FP&A

Our client, a leading biotech organization, is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to join the established team. The Senior Manager, FP&A will lead the FP&A and operational functions and have the following, specific, responsibilities:

Oversees all financial reporting

Oversees all forecasting, budgeting, strategic and long-term planning processes

Develop and implement improvements to forecasting models

Lead the creation of monthly business performance reports

Drive advanced analytics to identify trends

Establish and maintain an investment threshold model to evaluate the viability of potential investments

Track and report on the progress of investment projects

Provide financial leadership on capital allocation

Lead ad hoc financial modeling efforts

Build and enhance financial models

Continuously evaluate and improve FP&A processes

Qualifications Needed:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business

Advanced degree(s) required (MBA, CPA, CFA)

8+ years of FP&A experience

Experience within a global organization

Advanced MS Excel skills

Large ERP and data warehousing tools required
