ABOUT THE POSITION

The Client Partnerships Associate is responsible for supporting various marketing services for our clients, including paid search, programmatic display, paid social, SEO, CRO content/native marketing, web, analytics, and creative. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that project scopes are met, and campaigns achieve compelling results. Key responsibilities include maintaining positive client relationships, coordinating marketing communications plans, and overseeing key digital initiatives such as creative projects, web development, and paid media campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing project plans

Develop project briefs, media briefs, and measurement plans

Ensure deliverables meet agency standards and are on-brief, on-budget, and on-time

Manage client expectations and ensure work delivered meets those expectations

Participate in the collection and reporting of campaign results

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the marketing communications plan, including target, media, messaging, and measurement

Support senior Client Partnership team in reporting on trends affecting client business, including economic, industry, competitive, and cultural factors

Attend and contribute to all client presentations, setting client expectations beforehand and managing feedback in meetings

Maintain regular contact with clients, actively seeking feedback and building rapport

Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to increasing revenue or scope of work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field

1-2 years working at a digital marketing agency (or similar business) is preferred

Established track record of managing the delivery of marketing programs either within an agency or in-house client environment

Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external partners

Strong organizational skills and communication skills

Knowledge of marketing principles across disciplines (messaging, media, web development, social)

Capable of presenting ideas/opinions with confidence

Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
