The Role

As an Estimator, you will:

Develop estimates for complex infrastructure projects (bridges, highways, tunnels, airports)

Analyze contract proposals and create cost estimates using project cost software

Collaborate with teams to ensure competitive bidding and post-bid negotiations

Manage estimates for high-profile projects exceeding $100M

What You’ll Need

Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management

10+ years of estimating experience with 5+ years in Heavy Civil projects

Proven experience on large projects ($100M+)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience with design/build and CMAR methods is a plus
