Oracle Finance Project Manager

Role: Oracle Cloud finance project manager

Location: Remote

Start Date: June/July

LOA: 6 – 12 months

* Hourly Pay rate plus travel expenses, but 99% remote

We need a candidate that understands accounting, Oracle, and accustomed to working with Finance business side executives.

The client has a need for a PM consultant for a large project related to Oracle cloud financials. This would be supporting the finance and actuarial team during the build and implementation phase. The project manager would be responsible for project plans and working with the end users during the project.

The project team is small, so will need someone who can jump in quickly and bring tools, methodologies and be familiar how to direct and manage a project without a lot of corporate pmo infrastructure. This project manager first skill set will also possess Oracle cloud and/or finance experience. The role will need to have 10/10 communication skills.

2. They are now on Hybrid Waterfall.

3. There are currently over 71 integrations

4. Additional modules likely assigned to new PM: Expense Management but not required

5. Accounting background useful for Finance people vs IT side

6. The current team are tackling FAW, COA and Subledger
