The Role

As a Senior Estimator - Structural Steel, you will:

Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for Heavy Civil, Highway, and Vertical Construction projects.

Analyze project drawings, specifications, and risk factors.

Develop full-scope estimates for Bid-Build, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build projects.

Prepare technical proposals and collaborate with teams on cost estimates and subcontractor/vendor pricing.

Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-bid interviews.

What We’re Looking For

BS in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering

15+ years of Preconstruction/Estimating experience in Civil/Site Construction, Structural Systems, Heavy Civil, Highway, and Transit Structures

Proficiency in estimating software (OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, AutoCAD 3D, HCSS Heavy Bid)

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
