Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Account Manager - Commercial Lines, located in the Greater Seattle Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining commercial insurance accounts, developing strong client relationships, handling renewals and policy changes, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with insurance carriers, processing applications, and addressing client inquiries and issues promptly.
Qualifications
Experience in managing commercial insurance accounts
Strong client relationship-building skills
Proficiency in handling renewals, policy changes, and processing applications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of insurance industry trends and regulations
Experience with insurance management software is a plus
Relevant professional certifications are desirable
