Rose Valley Capitals' exclusive coworking space and brand called SmartSpaceUS, is seeking a TEMP (3 Month Contract) to fill the role of a Full Time Onsite Property and Community Manager for it's co-working spaces and office building in Midwood, Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities include:

Provide quality customer service and be accountable for member retention

Communicate and drive the success of business updates, process changes, company initiatives, and goals to the team.

Input and maintain accurate data across various platforms i.e., posting charges, & collecting rents, entering leads, complete all rental move in’s, produce renewal offers, etc.

Conduct sales tours and execute business strategies to maintain high occupancy

Oversee and execute daily office operations i.e.: Walk throughs of space & monitoring expenses to ensure well spending within the budget

Host monthly ownership meetings to review P&L, future goals, and strategies for business optimization.

Responsible for planning, marketing, and executing engaging events for the community

Curate, write content and distribute all building/community-wide communications ensuring that messaging is impactful and targeted to the appropriate clients.

Serve as the Smart Space members’ initial point of contact focusing on an excellent member experience while being solution oriented.

Develop engaging social media content and online ads together with the marketing team.

Maintains the business environment technology, including, Internet service, printing station and other office technology

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

2 - 5 years of work experience in hospitality/customer service, onsite Leasing/property management, or business real estate operations.

Strong communications & interpersonal skills; Energy and a charismatic personality

· Experience managing a P&L

Proven proficiency in common computer software, including Word/pages, Excel, and web-based content management systems

An understanding of basic to intermediate computer & web programs including data entry, social networks, blogs, and report generating

· Experience driving local marketing and sales

· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, project management, and business operations experience

Self-starter who can work independently

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
