Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Architect to support a full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementation, with deep functional knowledge across core supply chain modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Oracle Fusion SCM, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to lead and support users throughout testing, training, and go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, particularly:
Procurement
Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
Item Catalog
Shipping & Logistics
Sub-inventory Management
Work Order Definition & Planning
Cycle Counting & Inventory Management
Quality Management
Collaborate with business users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing), identifying and resolving functional issues.
Open, track, and retest support tickets; follow through on resolution in coordination with Oracle and internal teams.
Prepare and validate test data for various testing cycles (UAT, integration, regression).
Provide support during integration testing, go-live, and hypercare phases.
Assist with managing user roles, permissions, and access configurations.
Provide on-call support during training or critical phases (may involve early mornings/late nights).
Act as a key liaison between functional users and technical teams, ensuring successful adoption of Oracle SCM solutions.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM, with 3–5 Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM implementations.
Strong expertise across key Oracle Cloud SCM modules (listed above).
Proven experience in full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations (not limited to Oracle EBS).
Familiarity with Oracle MRP processes and enterprise-wide planning and logistics.
Experience with user roles, permissions, and security configurations within Oracle Cloud.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patient, user-friendly, and a strong team player.
Ability to work independently and handle complex problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud certification in SCM modules.
Experience supporting go-lives in global/multi-time zone environments.
Knowledge of integration testing frameworks and Oracle troubleshooting tools.
