Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in providing excellent service and support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via email and phone, processing orders, and offering product guidance. A solid understanding of HVAC systems, parts, and equipment is essential to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone

Provide accurate information on HVAC products, pricing, and availability

Assist customers in selecting the right parts and equipment for their needs

Process sales orders and quotes efficiently

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Work closely with the outside sales team and warehouse staff to ensure customer satisfaction

Stay current on HVAC product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially via email

Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, parts, and equipment

Prior experience in HVAC sales, distribution, or a related technical field preferred

Proficient with order entry software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
