Position Overview
We are looking for a Piano Salesperson to join the Solich Piano team to support our expansion. You will perform various sales and administrative tasks to assist our store operations and work primarily with our executive team members to contribute to a first-class experience for all our customers. You will help clients post-sale by writing invoices, scheduling deliveries, and collecting payments. You will assist our team leaders in conducting in-person, hands-on customer activities and engagement. You will communicate confidently and clearly via phone, email, and in-person interaction.
You will coordinate with fellow Solich Piano staff and the executive team to ensure that our stores and logistics run smoothly.
