Engineering Manager

Must be based or willing to relocate to NYC

-Lead, coach, and develop a team of backend engineers, with a primary focus on PHP-based development/Back-end development.

-Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of backend features and services using PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or custom frameworks).

-Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineering leaders to define roadmap priorities and delivery timelines.

-Ensure high standards of engineering quality through code reviews, best practices, and mentoring.

-Drive architectural decisions and contribute to long-term technical strategy for scalable systems.

-Support DevOps efforts around CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
