What You’ll Do:

Own full-stack feature development, from frontend interfaces to backend systems

Use AI/ML to boost scheduling accuracy and surface actionable insights

Help shape a scalable, maintainable platform architecture

Work closely with Product, Operations, and Customer teams to solve complex healthcare challenges

Write clean, reliable code and foster best practices through reviews and team collaboration

Step beyond coding to contribute to customer success and improve internal workflows

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years full-stack experience, ideally with:

Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite

Backend: Node.js, NestJS, TypeORM

Database: PostgreSQL

Cloud: AWS or equivalent

Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and focuses on delivering real value

Product-minded with a clear sense of user needs and usability

Strong communicator who works well with both technical and non-technical colleagues
