About Our Client:
Our client is a growing real estate investment and property management firm managing a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities. This Executive Assistant position has been newly created to support the CEO and senior leadership team as the organization scales.
Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive team of a dynamic real estate company. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day executive operations, team communication, and investor support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary administrative partner to the CEO, managing travel, communications, and document workflows
Oversee office operations including benefits administration and HR coordination
Coordinate investor communications, meetings, and information management using tools such as Juniper Square
Drive internal marketing and branding strategies, including social media and thought leadership distribution
Support recruiting logistics and job postings across the organization
Lead planning of internal events and company culture initiatives
Organize and execute community engagement projects and tenant events
Manage family office operations, including distributions, valuations, and tax document tracking
Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records and support fundraising documentation
Qualifications:
6–8 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives
Previous exposure to investor relations or office management preferred
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
High comfort level working with financial data and investor-facing systems (Juniper Square a plus)
Must thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
Additional Details:
Full-time, permanent role
Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (flexibility required)
In-office presence required Monday–Friday
Approximately 40 hours/week with potential for occasional remote work, aligned with executive availability
