Role Summary
The qualified candidate will be responsible for performing Workday system testing, including troubleshooting and making recommendations for testing strategy, scenarios, and test cases.
We are looking for individuals who are experienced in Workday testing and creating testing documentation, excel in a collaborative team environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills, are able to manage multiple priorities, can proactively identify and solve problems, and possess the ability to adapt to change quickly.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Workday test environments to perform End-to-End, User Acceptance, and Regression Testing, and troubleshoot Workday Benefits & HR Services system issues
Engage with internal partner teams to raise awareness to and resolve system issues/defects identified during testing
Participate as a team member in Agile pod work to enhance associate experiences
Basic Qualifications:
At least 1 year of Workday testing experience
Proficiency with GSuite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service skills, attention to detail and decision making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of Workday Benefits experience
Experience testing in Kainos
2-3+ years of system administration experience
2+ years of process management experience
Experience Working in an Agile environment
