Quality Control Manager (QCM) $100K–$140K + Benefits Seattle, WA Area

We’re partnering with a leading general contractor in Washington State to find an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) for major commercial and federal construction projects. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a well-established GC known for delivering high-profile builds in excess of $50 million.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a seasoned QCM with:

5+ years of experience overseeing quality control on large-scale construction projects ($50M+)

A strong understanding of QA/QC protocols, project documentation, inspections, and compliance

Excellent leadership and communication skills to work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and client representatives

Ideally based near Seattle, WA, or willing to relocate
