IT Command Center Analyst

Job Description

ComResource is looking for an IT Command Center Analyst.

We need someone to assist in real-time system monitoring, incident management, and operational oversight within a fast-paced IT Command Center environment. This second-shift role is critical to ensuring continuity and performance of IT services.

Responsibilities:

Perform eyes-on-glass monitoring using tools such as Splunk, BigPanda, Dynatrace, and others.

Provide clear, concise executive-level communication on status, incidents, and system risks.

Facilitate incident resolution and provide support for Major and P2 Incidents.

Participate in daily change enablement activities, including managing and attending scheduled change calls.

Document and maintain accurate incident notes and support handoff processes across shifts.

Collaborate with internal teams, including peers, incident/problem managers, and leadership.

Support the handoff process by sharing updates and ongoing issues with the incoming shift.

Essentials:

1+ year of experience in a NOC, SOC, or other IT operations role.

Experience with ITIL processes, especially incident and change management.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS.

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.

Available to work second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), Tuesday through Saturday, onsite in Columbus, OH.

Desired:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

ITILv4 Foundations Certification.

CCNA Certification or similar.

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
