Are you an up-and-coming Estimator with a passion for precision and commercial construction? We’re hiring on behalf of a reputable General Contractor based in Miami-Dade that's growing fast across South Florida.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a steady pipeline of commercial projects—from retail and mixed-use to office and light industrial—across Miami and the surrounding region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing accurate quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labor estimates

Reviewing architectural and structural drawings for scope and constructability

Assisting with subcontractor pricing, bid leveling, and proposal development

Working closely with the preconstruction team to deliver competitive, clear estimates

Supporting the project team from bid to buyout

What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years of estimating experience in a general contractor environment

Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and drawings

Proficiency in Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar software

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced team setting

Based in or willing to commute to Miami-Dade County
