The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer you’ll be instrumental in designing and developing scalable backend systems that integrate seamlessly with open technologies. Ensuring their platform remains at the cutting edge of observability solutions.

This is a technical, high-impact engineering role involving architectural decisions, data engineering, and frontend product experience - ideal for someone excited about shaping complex platforms from the inside out.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and scale both backend and frontend of their platform

Build and architect systems that process vast machine data efficiently

Design engaging, user-friendly UIs for telemetry data exploration

Drive technical roadmaps across full stack development

Integrate with widely-used observability tools and standards

Champion open-source contributions and frontend best practices

Monitor and optimise system performance across the stack

Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team

Stay at the forefront of full stack and observability innovation

What Does Success Look Like? You consistently ship high-quality, scalable features across the platform. You contribute significantly to technical direction, mentor others, and drive full stack innovation in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

8+ years of experience in full stack development

Strong backend experience in Go, Rust, Java, or Python

Proven frontend skills using React, Vue.js or similar frameworks

Scalable architecture experience with high-volume data systems

Deep familiarity with OpenTelemetry and observability tools is a big plus

Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent problem-solving and system design skills

Strong communication and technical leadership abilities
