Scope of Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Experience:
Minimum 8+ years experience in designing, developing and deploying scalable enterprise web applications andservices using Java/Spring technologies
Minimum 5+ years experience in designing and developing large scale Content Management Systems usingAdobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x on-premise, preferably in Hybrid / Headless approaches
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
Proven Skills and Abilities
:
Hands-on programming experience in Java/J2EE, building and deploying highly scalable REST APIs with deepunderstanding of Java, J2EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, combined with enterprise Java frameworks such asSpring.
Hands on programming experience in designing and developing complex AEM Content Fragments, Nestedcontent fragment models, SPA Editor extensions and integrations with third party tools and AEM launches.
Proficient in Day CQ / AEM foundational concepts, including the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling,Apache Felix, OSGI, solid understanding of all of the related building blocks and the AEM development and on-premise deployment processes for multiple launches in parallel.
Good understanding of core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languagessuch as JavaScript preferably using SPA (Single page application) and web services development using RESTfulimplementations.
Work closely with our business to understand their requirement, define the solution, develop POC’s and demo thework in
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Hudson etc
Experience in AWS / Cloud approaches is an added advantage
