We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Electronics Specialist to join our team. Qualifications:
Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
15+ years of experience in designing and developing power electronics/power conversion products.
Proven track record of delivering creative, practical solutions to complex power electronics challenges.
Expertise in leading the development of power systems including DC/DC, AC/DC rectifiers, solar inverters, UPS, and variable speed drives.
Solid understanding of power electronics fundamentals.
Experience with power converter modeling and simulation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams and present to executive stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Innovate and design next-gen power conversion solutions, balancing performance, cost, reliability, and availability.
Lead high-power projects, focusing on new technologies or novel applications for green energy solutions.
Collaborate with industry experts to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
Work cross-functionally to ensure successful testing, validation, and roll-out of new systems.
Provide technical leadership and direction, troubleshooting complex system-level power delivery issues.
