The Logistics Project Manager will oversee and manage full supply chain processes, item life cycle(s). This includes but is not limited to sales analytics, inventory management, and demand planning, with a strong overall emphasis on robust soft skills and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for using NPE templates to analyze sales data and trends. It is the responsibility of the supply chain analyst to use this data to identify the +/- of each item’s performance and proactively work with internal sales and external merchants on action items that are derived from the sales data.
Responsible for managing inventory to an exact WOS at the warehouse(s), DC’s and store level using all applicable sales metrics available to NPE.
Responsible for preparing and analyzing sales data and trends to create forecasts for front and back door sales on a weekly basis.
Embodies strong soft skills including but not limited to public speaking and organization.
Supply chain analyst is comfortable in uncomfortable situations.
Able to operate in high stress situations.
Goal is to create an autonomous desk where the supply chain analyst is fully responsible for all supply chain decisions for the partners/companies they represent.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
Previous experience in supply chain field required.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Extensive knowledge of shipping and distribution channels.
Extensive knowledge of sales analytics and inventory management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
