Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Junior Business Operations Analyst for a large and well-established client in the operations and vendor management sector. This role offers the opportunity to apply your analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration experience within a complex business environment. You will be instrumental in identifying process gaps, improving operational workflows, and ensuring business requirements and regulations are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

Identify, document, and help develop solutions for process gaps through cross-functional collaboration.

Execute daily operational tasks with minimal exceptions and manage exception handling effectively.

Apply root cause analysis to resolve errors and improve processes.

Interpret complex data sets and clearly communicate findings to internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Ensure business requirements and regulatory compliance are incorporated in daily operations and quality control processes.

Provide application and process support to users and stakeholders.

Generate routine and ad hoc reports to monitor performance and drive operational improvements.

Coordinate workload and prioritize tasks based on competing business needs.

Communicate impacts of tasks within the broader operational context, emphasizing end-to-end understanding.

Conduct cost-benefit and efficiency analyses to recommend and implement process improvements.

Post remittances accurately and investigate exceptions, ensuring full and correct account application.

Collaborate with vendors to resolve incentive fulfillment issues and other operational concerns.

Review daily reports to identify and address anomalies proactively.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but relevant experience will be considered.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Spotfire is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for driving business performance improvements.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Experience working cross-functionally and building effective working relationships.

Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely in both verbal and written form.
